SAS Members talked about the success of the 3rd annual Illinois Dark Skies Star Party. Discussed pros and cons and how to improve the process and event next year.

Treasury Report:    Clarke read off his latest treasury report.

Planning and Grants:  We talked about the possiblity of modifying the existing dome structure on Don Jardines property currently owned by Clarke Woodruff. This would include changing the roof to a slide off roof.

Observing Program:  No Report.

Public and Private Events: No Report.

Star Party: The 3rd annual Illinois Dark Skies Star Party was a huge success!!!!
