Propulsion Lab) and updates on human spaceflight news

Enjoy some ice cream, meet other attendees and make a deal.

1pm - 2pm Gary Kronk, River Bend Astronomy Club
Kronk is president of River Bend. He is also the author of Cometography, a
four-volumne set that seeks to catalog the appearance of all known comets
going back into recorded history. Volume One and Two have been released.

2pm - 3pm - Astronomy Bowl (Quiz & Trivia)
Come out and test your knowledge of everything that is astronomy!

3pm -4pm - Gregg Ruppel, St. Louis Astronomical Society
Greg will do a talk and demonstration about astrophotography. His talk is
titled: "Getting Started in CCD Imaging". Greg will also be one of two
judges in our astrophotography contest. Don't forget to bring your best
documented photos

4pm -4:30pm - Astrophotography Contest
Deadline for submitting photos will be Sat morning at 10am. You can submit your photo to the registration desk or any SAS member Greg Ruppel and Tom Garber will judge and award
a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

4:30pm - 5:30pm - Swap Meet / Ice Cream Social
Friday and Saturday from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Enjoy some ice cream, meet other attendees and make a deal.
